1. Introduction

Welcome to AQ COSMETICS, a website operated by AQ COSMETICS. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

2. Definitions

  • "Website" means AQCOSMETICSPK.COM

  • "Products" means cosmetic products offered for sale on our website.

  • "Business Address" means AQ COSMETICS, 2A2/12, Nazimabad Number 2, Karachi.

  • When these Terms mention "AQ COSMETICS," "we," "us," or "our", it refers to AQCOSMETICSPK.COM (AQ COSMETICS).

  • If you use any of our services, we will refer to you by using the terms "user", "visitor", "you", "your", "yours" in these Terms.

3. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our website.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Sales and Purchases

  • Our website offers products for sale online.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery, Easy Paisa, Bank Transfer, JazzCash.

  • Prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping options and rates: PKR 200 Standard Delivery.

  • Delivery times: 4–5 Working Days.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are unclear on the policies, you are free to get in touch with us.

Returns Policy:
If the item received is faulty, broken, or doesn't match your order, it takes 0.00001 second for AQ to offer a replacement without any additional charges. If the product received has been used or swatched, or in any other situation, I will not be able to offer a replacement or return as these products require special treatment, and due to hygiene issues, they cannot be replaced.

Damaged Items:
If your order has arrived in damaged condition or is faulty, contact me immediately via Phone or WhatsApp at +92 315 8217264.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns for health & beauty products that have been used, unless faulty. Products with packaging removed are also not eligible for return.

Items Bought on Sale:
You cannot return items bought on regular/seasonal “sale.” Any items bought on “clearance sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or faulty.

Refund Options:
You can have your money refunded to your bank account. For anything further, I personally take care of everything.

  • Our products are warranted to be free from defects.

  • Liability for damages is limited to the purchase price.

Cancellation Requests:
Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate cancellation requests. We will try our best to assist, but after a certain stage of order processing, it can no longer be cancelled. We aim to ship orders as fast as possible, so although you may message us immediately after placing your order, it doesn't always guarantee cancellation.

If you would like to attempt cancellation of an order, please send us the Order Number and the message: “Please Cancel My Order.” You can do this via the Contact Us form or email us at businessatqadir@gmail.com.

If we are unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return — please refer to our Returns Policy.
