Returns Policy

If the item is faulty, then I can issue a replacement. In any other situation, I will not be able to offer a replacement or return as these products need special treatment and, due to hygiene issues, I cannot replace them.

Damaged Items

If your order has arrived in damaged condition or is faulty, contact me immediately via phone or WhatsApp at 03158217264.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns for health and beauty products that have been used, unless faulty. I cannot accept returns for products that have had their packaging removed.

Items Bought on “Sale”

You cannot return items that are on regular/seasonal “sale.” Any items bought on “clearance sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or faulty.

Refund Options

You can have your money back in your bank account. For anything further, I myself take care of everything!
