RETURNS POLICY:
If the item received is faulty, broken, doesn’t match with your order ,it takes 0.00001 second for AQ to offer a replacement , without any additional charges, if the product received has been used or swatched or In any other situation, i will not be able to offer a replacement or return as these products need special treatment and due to hygiene issues , I can not replace them.

Due to health concerns, we can not accept returns for health & beauty products, that has been used, unless faulty. I can not accept returns for products that have their packaging removed.
ITEMS BOUGHT ON “SALE.”
You can not return items that are on regular/seasonal “sale.”
Any items bought on “clearance sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or faulty.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate cancelation requests. We will try our best to assist but after a certain stage of order processing it can no longer be cancelled. We aim to ship orders as fast as we can so although you may message us immediately after placing your order, unfortunately it doesn’t always guarantee cancelation.
